Amazing place clean and friendly, good customer service

The twin room was of a decent size and each floor is served by the lift. The shared facilities/area were clean and relatively well kept. When i first checked into... read more my room, the floor was a little sandy, the safe wasn't working, and i found 5-6 bagworm larvae on the walls of the room and toilet. Staff handled them promptly when I informed them so service was excellent. The room is dark due to the wooden windows with only a small glass panel at the top covered by hardly movable curtains. If you like natural light you would have to leave the windows open. The shower doesn't look so inviting as the bottom half of the dark wood looks a little worn. The room has a mini fridge, hairdryer, coffee & tea, smart TV and digital door lock. Overall a good stay with nice facilities, great service, and location!

What really impressed me was the shared kitchen—it’s fully equipped and a great space to mingle with other guests.I didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained. It also seemed like they host activities by the pool in the evenings, like yoga, which is a really nice touch. Plus, the rooftop is a nice place to hang out—lots of tables and chairs, so there’s always space to chill.The reception staff were warm, friendly, and very welcoming throughout my stay.Location-wise, it’s on a busy road, but far enough from the traffic that it still feels quiet and peaceful.
